Corner and Mullion Configuration
1.Please note the size requirements and specifications for the opening sashes of casement windows, and focus on guiding customers to design in accordance with standard sash dimensions.
2.For the design of fixed window sizes, it is also necessary to consider the strength requirements of the glass as well as the feasibility of processing, handling and installation. Generally, the surface area of 5mm insulating glass should not exceed 1500×1600mm, and the area should not exceed 2.5 square meters. (For oversized glass, please refer to the configuration requirements for oversized insulating glass.)
3.Before window and door design, it is necessary to understand the thickness of the installation wall to select the corresponding series and wrapping sleeves.
4.When designing the handle height of conventional casement windows, it should be considered to install the handle at a distance of about 1500mm from the ground (1300–1600mm).
5.Standard windows with both width and height exceeding 2.5m must be split into frames and equipped with splicing strips. For special cases, special remarks should be made after communicating with customer service.
