Optional Configuration：
1.Optional Configuration: HOPO (Shenzhen) outward opening and bottom-hung fittings. Dimension requirements: sash width 530mm–850mm, sash height 680mm–1950mm. Load-bearing capacity: 80KG. Handle height: minimum 380mm (based on sash height). When the handle is installed in the center, the minimum sash height shall be 760mm. The anti-falling device shall be installed 223mm away from the upper notch. It is recommended to install an intermediate lock when the sash height exceeds 1200mm.
2.Optional single-color dedicated openable protective guard (elliptical anti-theft grille) / optional fixed protective guard.
3.Optional screen sash configurations: 25# high-clarity mesh, high-transparency mesh (nylon mesh).

Special Instructions：
1.When the height of the mullion is ≥ 2500mm, it is recommended to install the reinforced mullion (MA11206) as an option.
2.When the glass thickness is ≥ 8mm, a reinforced aluminum strip must be inserted into the bottom frame. In addition, if the glass area exceeds 4 ㎡ or the height is ≥ 2500mm, reinforced aluminum strips must be inserted into the vertical mullions simultaneously.
3.This series adopts beveled glazing beads, and flat bending or three-dimensional bending is not available for the time being. New profiles and functional components will be added in the future according to actual needs.
Process Requirements：
1.Apply section waterproof sealant to the 45° miter joints. Apply waterproof sealant to the joints between the outer frame and mullions. Fill the gap between the outer frame and sub-frame with foam sealant, and inject glue into the corner connectors.
2.When the sill component (MA11208) is used, hidden drainage holes must be drilled on the bottom frame.
3.The thermal insulation strips shall comply with the new national standard, and the triple-glazed insulated glass (three panes with two cavities) shall be equipped with 3i-LOW-E glass as standard.

1.Prior to window and door design, the thickness of the installation wall shall be confirmed to select the corresponding series and casings.
2.The interior and exterior colors must be clearly specified when placing an order.
3.The glass specifications shall be indicated upon order placement. In the absence of special instructions, the production shall be carried out in accordance with the standard - configured glass by default.
4.For construction scenarios where transportation is mainly via elevators or stairwells, a reasonable mullion - joint design can be adopted.
5.The opening sashes must be strictly designed within the allowable range; otherwise, hardware installation may not be feasible or potential safety hazards may arise.
6.Technical Parameters - The data and information shall be subject to the company's updated version and latest release.
